Jannik Sinner and Linda Noskova’s traditional Wimbledon champions’ dance became one of the most talked about moments after the 2026 Championships, with fans widely sharing clips from the annual Wimbledon Ball on social media.

The Wimbledon Ball is a long standing tradition held after the tournament, where the men’s and women’s singles champions share a ceremonial dance. This year, Sinner and Noskova took to the dance floor following their title winning campaigns at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Videos of the pair dancing quickly gained traction online. Many fans compared Sinner’s performance to his appearance at the 2025 Wimbledon Ball, when he danced with then women’s singles champion Iga Swiatek. Last year’s video had drawn attention because the Italian appeared uncomfortable during the formal dance.

This year’s celebration showed a noticeably more relaxed Sinner as he danced alongside Noskova. The clip circulated widely across social media, with many viewers highlighting the improvement in his confidence during the traditional ceremony.

Sinner capped off an outstanding fortnight at Wimbledon by defeating Alexander Zverev 6-7, 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4 in the men’s singles final on July 12 to successfully defend his Wimbledon crown. It marked his second consecutive Wimbledon title and the fifth Grand Slam singles title of his career.

Noskova also celebrated her first Wimbledon singles championship, earning the honor of participating in the champions’ dance alongside Sinner as part of the tournament’s closing traditions.

Jannik Sinner’s Wimbledon victory adds to historic 2026 season

Jannik Sinner’s Wimbledon triumph continued a remarkable 2026 campaign. The 24-year-old improved his season record to 44-3 while claiming his sixth title in his last seven tournaments.

According to Yahoo Sports, Sinner dropped only three sets throughout the tournament before lifting the trophy. His current pace has drawn comparisons with some of the strongest modern seasons produced by Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer.

The victory also came during a period when fellow Grand Slam champion Carlos Alcaraz remained sidelined with an inflamed tendon sheath in his right wrist. Alcaraz missed both the French Open and Wimbledon, with his availability for the US Open still uncertain.

Sinner’s latest Wimbledon title further strengthened his position among the sport’s leading players. Alongside the championship trophy, his appearance with Noskova at the Wimbledon Ball provided one of the tournament’s most memorable off court moments, as the champions’ traditional dance became a viral highlight following the conclusion of the 2026 Championships.
