As a mother of three daughters, Kylie Kelce is teaching a valuable lesson to her children, and she doesn’t mind being judged for her parenting style.
Jason Kelce’s wife recently went viral after revealing that she doesn’t shy away from using “cuss words” in front of her children. However, her statement sparked significant backlash across the internet, prompting her to eventually present her defense.
During the recent episode of her ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast, Kylie addressed her controversial statement regarding parenting. While she initially claimed she slightly exaggerated in saying that she curses in front of her kids “daily,” she admitted it happens frequently. However, just because she uses it in front of them doesn’t mean Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett are being taught to use the “grown-up words.”
I’ll tell you at the end of the day I’m teaching my kids kindness. I’m teaching them to be strong and independent. Probably, they will probably curse when they are older and I stand by that. If they choose not to, that’s okay too. At the end of the day I am trying to raise good girls into strong, independent women and last time I checked I should not have to censor myself as an independent woman.

However, there are certain words that the athlete-turned-podcaster doesn’t allow in her house, saying her daughters feel very strongly about the use of words like ‘stupid’ and ‘shut up.’ And they would probably call it out as their mother taught them well what these words can make someone feel.

Despite the scrutiny of her parenting style, the future Hall of Famer’s wife has confidence in herself and the lessons she is teaching her three daughters. The couple will soon be blessed with another daughter, as Kylie is pregnant with her fourth child.
While talking about motherhood, she shared the duality of her emotions, sharing that she feels both grateful and overwhelmed by her pregnancy.
I am so incredibly grateful to be able to get pregnant but it is a means to an end. When I tell you that I cannot stand being pregnant, I mean it. I don’t have a fun time. I am nauseous for most of our pregnancy. It tapers off after the first trimester. For every single one, it’s the same.
