“I’m really afraid of heights,” Jayson Tatum, Luka Doncic, and Zion Williamson climb ‘Great Wall of China’

The upcoming 2024-25 NBA season is on the horizon and various stars have been making the most of their off-season. For instance, Jordan brand athletes, Jayson Tatum, Luka Doncic, Pablo Bancherro, and Zion Williamson have made a trip to China. The stars have made the trip to China as they are participating in the brand’s inaugural China Family Tour.
Doncic, Tatum, Banchero, and Williamson floated around the Great Wall of China after reaching Beijing. In addition, Tatum made his feelings known regarding his ‘fear of heights.’ In a video posted by Overtime on X, Jayson Tatum said, “Im really afraid of heights, they don’t know that..a little bit.” In addition, Williamson complained about the weather being ‘too hot.’
Following that, Doncic visited a Beijing Jordan Brand store to interact with supporters. In addition, whilst in China, the Jordan Brand ambassadors are going to see the Jordan World of Flight Beijing Sanlitun, a four-story, 1,000-square-meter retail store. Also, the Next Stop Dongdan streetball championship finals, youth basketball camps, and cultural sites.
It’s important to note that the Jordan brand athletes have made this particular tour “to connect with local youth and foster their love for the game.” On the other hand, the NBA players have approximately four weeks before they must report to training camp. After a much-needed off-season break, the players will be back soon and focused on achieving success in this upcoming season.
Jayson Tatum recently opened up on his ‘crazy summer’
Jayson Tatum, a member of Team USA and the Boston Celtics, is enjoying his professional basketball career. Tatum won the Celtics’ 18th NBA title in 2024, and his first as a player. He also won the Gold medal with his nation, Team USA despite not playing much. Notably, Tatum recently opened up about his ‘crazy summer’.

Furthermore, rather than openly whining about his lack of time on the court, Tatum opted to maintain a positive attitude. He characterized his Olympic period as a broader and more team-oriented framework, highlighting Team USA’s Gold Medal victory. It would be interesting to see how Tatum evolves and competes in the next 2024-25 NBA season.
