There were doubts among media outlets regarding his availability for the Cowboys-Bucs playoff game. However, owner Jerry Jones blatantly denied all the speculation regarding Williams missing the game.

“Not as I sit here today,” Jones said. “As I see it today, nothing at all will do that as far as his availability is concerned.” The Cowboys owner believes it with confidence that the rookie won’t miss the most important game of his career.

The police spokesperson also said that there’s no intent to arrest Williams and they’ll only do it, if he fails to turn himself in. “At this time, there is no plan to find and arrest” Williams, a police spokesperson said, adding that the 23-year-old NFL player “has been contacted to turn himself in.”

The Cowboys’ rookie has been impressive in his first season. Sam Williams has recorded four sacks and three fumble recoveries in his short time in Dallas.

However, the youngster wasn’t part of the Eagles game where the Cowboys outshined the opponent with a score of 40-36. Williams’s terrible car crash was unfortunate. However, no one was injured in the aftermath of the crash.

“You’re looking at the car like, man, but God works in mysterious ways,” Williams said after the crash. “I know he has something in store for me.” Although, Jerry Jones has confirmed his availability, it is still unsure if Sam Williams will start the much-awaited game against the Bucs.

Regardless, if he starts then the youngster will have to be at his best as the Cowboys are up against the legendary Tom Brady who rarely loses a playoff game and is known to be the best clutch performer of all time.
