The Rock is widely regarded as one of the greatest mic workers in WWE history, delivering some of the most iconic promos of all time. While only a handful of stars can match his level, one Bloodline member has expressed interest in a promo showdown with him. Jey Uso recently shared his desire to go head-to-head on the mic with ‘The Final Boss’.

In an interview with Daily Mail, ‘Main Event Jey’ acknowledged The Rock’s legendary mic skills but expressed confidence in his ability to go toe-to-toe with ‘The Final Boss’. Uso revealed that if given the opportunity, he would love to have a face-off with ‘The Great One’. He also pointed out that with the Hollywood star now embracing a heel persona, their dynamic could make for an intriguing showdown.

I want to get in there. I would like to go toe to toe in a promo with him. I know The Rock is good like that but I feel like I’m new school with mine, I’m really in it.

Furthermore, given their Bloodline roots, Uso and Rock share a real-life bond. That said, both the stars are currently on different boats right now. ‘The Great One’ is handling the inner circle with Travis Scott and John Cena. Meanwhile, ‘The Yeet Man’ is preparing to face Gunther at The Grandest Stage of Them All for the World Heavyweight Championship.

The 39-year-old star has been embroiled in a heated feud with several family members. From Roman Reigns to Jimmy Uso, ‘Main Event Jey’ has managed to pin most of them. If a showdown with ‘The Great One’ happens down the line, it could be nothing short of legendary. With WWE’s ever-evolving landscape, it will be fascinating to see if this clash becomes a reality.

Speaking with Daily Mail, Jey Uso admitted that he initially couldn’t believe he was going to win this year’s Royal Rumble match. He revealed that WWE gathered the final four competitors in a room, surprising him with his inclusion. The 39-year-old added that upon learning he would be the winner, he stayed excited the entire day—even right up until his entrance.

We’ll have this group meeting, then, ‘Right, last four, stay.’ They call out the last four, I’m in the four, I’m like, ‘Oh damn.’ Then they’ll tell me right there, ‘You know, we’re going to go with Jey.’ I’m just looking around like, ‘Yeah.’

Furthermore, Uso has promised the WWE Universe that he will not let them down. He has vowed to become the World Heavyweight Champion at The Grandest Stage of Them All. It is going to be interesting to see if the 39-year-old would be able to overcome all the odds against Gunther next month in Las Vegas.

Jey Uso to become the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 41?

Jey Uso is riding a wave of red-hot momentum as he heads into WrestleMania 41. With immense support from the WWE Universe, the 39-year-old has been on top of the world as the No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. Given his current status, many fans wonder whether he can capture the coveted title.

Uso has fallen short multiple times in his pursuit of the World Title over the years. In fact, he has never defeated Gunther in a match, making him a true underdog heading into this high-stakes showdown. WWE has a history of elevating underdogs on The Grandest Stage of Them All, which raises the possibility that Uso could finally capture the world title and cement another unforgettable underdog victory at WrestleMania.

Another loss to Gunther could severely damage ‘Main Event Jey’s’ credibility, potentially pushing him back to the undercard. Given the success of his character, it seems unlikely that WWE would take such a risk. This makes his victory next month a strong possibility.
