Jey Uso and his brother Jimmy Uso finally lived their dream when they collided at WrestleMania XL. However, the match didn’t go the way they would’ve wanted, as many fans were left disappointed with the lackluster match. He revealed the reason behind the fiasco in an interview.

While speaking with Gorilla Position, Jey Uso was asked his opinion on how the match went at WrestleMania XL. Jey Uso pointed out time constraints as a major issue for the disappointing outing. He admitted that he let fans down, as he also wanted to put on a classic with Jimmy Uso. Nonetheless, he was happy they had a match at the Show of Shows, as it will always be a special moment for him.

Their rivalry started when Jimmy turned his back on Jey and aligned with The Bloodline at SummerSlam. Since then, Jimmy interfered in every important match for Jey, costing him the title. They finally met in a grudge match at WrestleMania XL, where the younger brother picked up the victory.

Moreover, Jimmy had to face the consequences of his loss as Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga brutally attacked him on the April 12 episode of SmackDown. Meanwhile, another opportunity came knocking on the door for Jey, as he will battle Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight title at Backlash. It will be interesting to see whether he finally manages to win a singles championship with Jimmy out.

While speaking with Gorilla Position, he stated that Reigns would always be his Tribal Chief as he learned so much from him. Jey reprimanded Solo for taking the charge and referred to him as a snake. The 38-year-old star admitted that he was glad he was away from all the family drama.

For me, Roman Reigns will always be my Tribal Chief. I learned from him, he’s the one who brought us to the promise land. Now the snakes wanna step up.

He went solo in the summer of 2023 and did his thing on the Raw brand. He also entertained the idea of the Bloodline Civil War, possibly in WarGames: Survivor Series. Reigns and The Uso could reunite against the new version of the Bloodline with Solo, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu, who is rumored to make his debut next week.
