This week’s Raw was headlined by Roman Reigns‘ long-awaited response to why he went after Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed last Monday. Seth Rollins‘ oracle, Paul Heyman, accompanied Breakker and Reed to the ring and said he had a lot of things to get off his chest. However, Reigns didn’t let it happen by coming out immediately after that.
Heyman announced that Rollins will be out for a long time due to the knee injury that he sustained at SNME. That left a leadership void in his faction. The WWE HOF’er offered Reigns that spot and said that they could get back on the same page. ‘The Tribal Chief’ retorted by saying those words would have made sense coming from his wise man, but Heyman lost that distinction at WrestleMania 41.
Reigns also called the 59-year-old a dumba*s. The former WWE Undisputed Champion explained how Heyman always took the credit for creating the essence of a tribal chief. ‘The OTC1’ did acknowledge that while Heyman played a part in that phase of his career between 2020 to 2024.
But he never helped him keep the Undisputed WWE title, unlike The Usos and even Sami Zayn. Reigns blasted Heyman over the latter’s claims of the ‘Head of the Table’ putting his tail between his legs and going home after WrestleMania XL.

A riled-up Bron Breakker finally decided to confront ‘The OTC’ and asserted that the latter was relevant five years ago. ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ positioned him as the new ‘Big Dog.’ Reigns eventually clocked him with a superman punch.
He took on Reed as well, but the 2-on-1 disadvantage was too much for Reigns to handle. However, Jey Uso evened up the odds for his cousin. Uso and Reigns performed a double spear on Reed and Breakker to close the segment.
Roman Reigns did a ‘Yeet-along’ with Jey Uso after Raw
As Roman Reigns and Jey Uso closed out Raw on a high, they were on cloud nine afterwards, it seems. One could see in the following clip that Reigns was “yeeting” alongside his cousin, much to the delight of a sold-out crowd in Houston, Texas. The former Bloodline leader had never done the fan-favorite taunt up until last night.

It speaks volumes about his change of heart in recent months. However, the 40-year-old has hilariously denied his involvement in the yeet-fest after Raw went off-air. Underneath the official clip upload of it on WWE’s Instagram account, the Pensacola-born wrestler said the footage of him doing the yeet gestures must’ve been generated by AI.

Keeping the banter aside, it seems all but certain that Reigns and Uso will join forces to battle the duo of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at SummerSlam. There’s one more episode of Raw left until showtime. The former Shield member is advertised for next Monday’s show in Detroit. WWE is expected to make an official announcement regarding Reigns’ SummerSlam showdown by then.
Roman Reigns may soon cross paths with Bron Breakker one-on-one
While it might not be in the cards for this year’s SummerSlam, which is less than two weeks away, Roman Reigns vs. Bron Breakker does seem like a match made for an even bigger stage. During the aforementioned segment on Raw, Reigns did mock Breakker by calling him “junior” and “kid” on a couple of occasions.

The former NXT Champion was fuming and staring down at ‘The Tribal Chief’ the entire time until he got to say some words to Reigns’ face. Breakker hurled enough trash talk at the former Undisputed WWE Champion and even asked him to do what he does best—leave.

WWE aptly planted the seeds for a future singles bout between them on Raw. It could happen at next year’s WrestleMania. Not that long ago, Breakker admitted in an interview that Reigns has been the greatest of all time for him. The Steiner descendant recalled their spot from this year’s Royal Rumble match, where he speared Reigns in half.
