Jimmy Uso Boldly Says Jey Uso’s Entrance Outshines The Rock and The Undertaker

WWE entrances are a vital part of a wrestler’s identity, helping them connect with the audience, and Jey Uso is a prime example. Every time he steps into the arena, his entrance is more than just a walk to the ring, it’s a full-on celebration of “Yeet” chants that energizes the crowd. And according to his brother Jimmy Uso, Jey’s entrances have already surpassed even legends like The Rock and The Undertaker.

For the unversed, Uso’s charisma and theatrics have played a major role in his career highlights, including winning the Royal Rumble and capturing the World Championship at WrestleMania 41. But has that aura really surpassed two of the best in the business? The Undertaker’s iconic slow walk to his Deadman theme, shrouded in darkness and smoke, created an aura of fear and reverence that few can match. 

His WrestleMania 28 and 29 entrances are widely regarded among the best in wrestling history. Similarly, The Rock’s electrifying walkout to If You Smell… commands the audience instantly, showcasing his charisma and showmanship. Over the years, the TKO board member has reinvented his gimmick multiple times, delivering fresh entrances that continue to captivate fans. 

However, Jimmy Uso seems to ride his brother’s bandwagon at the moment. The Usos appeared as guests on ESPN ahead of Wrestlepalooza, where ‘Big Jim’ confidently spoke about Jey’s rise as a singles star. Moreover, he made the bold statement about how his brother has the world “yeetin” alongside him, which has surpassed two legends of the business. 

He’s had the hottest intro in the game. I sit here today and never thought it would get bigger than The Undertaker. Yeah, I said it. I thought this entrance would never get bigger than The Rock. Yeah, I said it. This boy come out here every day, dawg! Be yeetin’ and got the whole. That’s love! That’s present!

While Jimmy Uso’s statement might sound like an exaggeration, there’s no denying that Jey’s entrances, particularly at Backlash in Lyon and WrestleMania 41, have been truly spectacular. His charisma has been a major factor in his rise as a singles star, transitioning from the tag team division and his long tenure in Roman Reigns’ shadow during The Bloodline saga.

Recently, Jey Uso’s character has taken on a tougher, more focused edge, following a pivotal and eye-opening conversation with Reigns on Raw ahead of Clash in Paris. In the French capital, Uso came up short in his bid to reclaim the World Championship against CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and LA Knight. 

In recent weeks, Jimmy has openly expressed skepticism about Jey’s attitude, even comparing him to ‘The Tribal Chief’ himself. This evolving mindset could have major implications for the duo’s dynamic and future storylines.

Jimmy Uso aims to solidify his name by winning a singles title in WWE like Jey Uso

When it comes to championships, The Usos have been dominant as a team, capturing a combined 10 Tag Team titles in WWE. Jey Uso has also enjoyed notable singles success, including a World Championship reign, an Intercontinental title, winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and claiming victory in the 2025 Royal Rumble.

Jimmy, on the other hand, has yet to taste singles gold in WWE. While he holds the record alongside Jey for the longest Tag Team title reign at 622 days, a solo championship has eluded him. However, he plans to change that very soon. 

Inspired by his wife Naomi, who recently cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase to win the Women’s World title before relinquishing it due to her pregnancy, Jimmy has set a personal goal to capture a singles title before welcoming his child into the world.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Jimmy Uso revealed that his wife is due in April 2026, setting a personal deadline for achieving his dream of winning a singles championship in WWE. He acknowledged that while Jey has enjoyed a successful run on Raw, he has been busy on SmackDown, teaming with Solo Sikoa and later with Jacob Fatu against the MFT.

I would love to have a singles title, just to say that I’ve done it. I’ve been in tag team, still in tag team. That would definitely be a bucket list for me just to say I’ve held a singles championship. By WrestleMania, our baby should be here. So, that’s another thing I’m excited about….So, by April, I’d love to have a singles run, if not, it’s all love.

Jimmy and Jey reunited on the September 8 episode of WWE Raw with a shared goal, taking on ‘The Vision’. Their cousin, Roman Reigns, had been targeted by Bronson Reed, who even attacked him following their match at Clash in Paris. This prompted the Usos to take matters into their own hands. The brothers are now set to face Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker on September 20 at Wrestlepalooza.
