Team Penske Racing won their third straight Cup championship in the Next-Gen era, with the No:22 Ford driver Joey Logano securing his third title. He won the championship in the most Penske way possible in the new era, with surviving the regular season before dominating the playoff, peaking at the right moment.
The third championship triumph puts Joey Logano among best racers of the sports history and puts him in a pedestal only a few could ever match. But the trophies and championship aren’t something Logano cherishes the most from his NASCAR career. According to him the thig that worth the most is the people one has in their life.

The now 3-time #nascar cup champ told some awesome stories & defended his title vs some of the online “haters” pic.twitter.com/E4S6l2tnPw
He believes the relationship that he has built in the garage is worth more than any championship he has won over the years. This might be reason who Logano gave a $200,000 bonus to his No:22 crew, with most of them being his crew members for almost a decade, over the impressive Cup championship win.
Joey Logano takes brutal dig at his haters
In the same discussion with ex-racer Kenny Wallace, Joey Logano shared his feelings about the group of fans that are downplaying his title win. He pointed out that he won the Cup fair and square taking advantage of the playoff system, winning when it matters the most. Logano then made some profanity laced comments about the haters.
The comments from Logano shows how much he hates the comments that are overlooking the hard work of he and his team. It will be interesting to see if this criticism would ever come to a stop or Logano would ever shut them up.
