John Cena’s Raw promo belittling the WWE Universe called out for completely snubbing The Rock
One-half of the legendary Hardy Boyz has singled out his only issue with John Cena trashing the fans during scathing rant on Raw.

Last week on Raw, John Cena got a lot off his chest. He tore into the ungrateful fans who’ve treated him like their puppet for the past 25 years. But not once did he mention the man whom he sold out to—Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. It’s the only critique Matt Hardy could think of after hearing Cena rant.
The tag team icon recently offered his two cents on John’s first promo since turning heel. Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the 50-year-old claimed that he dug what the Peacemaker star had to say. Hardy also raved about Cena’s rationale behind not changing up his look or even his entrance music.
To justify that argument, The Franchise Player criticized the WWE Universe for always being demanding of him. John retorted that he doesn’t owe anyone a bit; more so, each one of them dresses like him and not the other way around. But as Matt noted during his assessment of Cena’s promo, the latter completely no-sold his alliance with The Rock.
Probably the only thing I would be critical of is just maybe if they would have kind of delved into why he chose to side with Rock like that……….
Matt Hardy on John Cena’s promo
That’s the only pet peeve Hardy has. But one could expect that things will circle back to The Final Boss sooner than later. His newfound associate, Cena, has yet to unfurl what he’s getting from the Black Adam star. The latter had initially extended his offer to Cody Rhodes, who outright denied it. And what happened in the closing moments of Elimination Chamber was rather industry-changing.
Will John Cena broach The Rock’s allegiance on Raw in Glasgow?
This Monday, the OVO Hydro in Glasgow will bear witness to a follow-up appearance from John Cena after he broke up with the WWE Universe last week. His soon-to-be WrestleMania opponent, Cody Rhodes, is expected to confront him again.

The American Nightmare didn’t mince his words a few days ago when he asked his former idol to stop acting like a whiny bit*h. Rhodes had long waited to wrestle John before the 16-time World Champion rode off into the sunset. But the champ would’ve never envisaged that it’d happen at the expense of The Cenation Leader going rogue.
Cody has accused the WWE legend that he wanted his successor to be every bit of him. However, the next one isn’t always like the last one, screamed the ex-AEW EVP at the top of his lungs during one of his recent SmackDown promos.
In the sunshine of Mr. Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect chasing a record-breaking world title reign for the seventeenth time, John might stoop to new lows. Who knows if The Rock pledges to be in his corner at WrestleMania in Las Vegas? The fans will get a heads-up on that front in the weeks to come.
Does Cody Rhodes need a certain ‘Rattlesnake’ against John Cena at WrestleMania 41?
The highly-anticipated Cena/Rhodes showdown will take center stage in the main event of WrestleMania 41. As many fans are expecting The Rock to aid his former rival in becoming a 17-time World Champion, he might face some resistance. Picture that a beaten-up Cody Rhodes is begging for dear life under the bright lights of Allegiant Stadium.

It’s bleak out there for Rhodes, who’s at the mercy of Cena and Rock. Just then, a glass shatter reverberates through the building, and out comes ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. Though it might feel like a mere fantasy at this point, one couldn’t dismiss it completely.

The Rattlesnake has already been announced for WWE World festivities in Vegas as part of the WrestleMania 41 weekend. Austin will be in town for WWE to use him on the show. Last year, he was reportedly asked to do the main event angle with The Great One that was later passed on to The Undertaker.
