Jon Jones retired from the UFC last year, yet he has expressed an interest in returning as well. The former heavyweight champion is eager to potentially be a part of the upcoming White House event in the future. However, recent developments have certainly raised questions about the veteran’s overall health and his general well-being.

Recently, an interview with Jon Jones went viral online, where the fighter openly discussed suffering from severe arthritis. Jones mentioned that he was qualified for hip replacement surgery and felt intense pain following his last training camp experience.

The video quickly spread across social media and attracted numerous assumptions, opinions, and debates from fight fans worldwide. In a recent interview following the arthritis admission, Jones said the detail was not meant to be public and criticized those who shared it publicly.

The kid that leaked that was an absolute (expletive). I was talking to some guys in confidential. He has one of those meta glasses and he ended up posting that. That wasn’t for everybody to hear. I have been an athlete my whole life and it’s just something that comes with it.

I really would, despite our size difference….He’s one of the greatest wrestlers on the planet. And he’s used to being the smaller guy. Fighting small guys can be very difficult.
