Simone Biles‘ recent comment on Jonathan Owens‘ touchdown moment got widespread social media reaction in Chicago Bears vs. Tennessee. It was Owens’ first touchdown since joining the Bears for the 2024-25 season. 

During the game, the Bears managed to block the punt while Owens scooped up and dashed toward the end zone to score a touchdown in the team’s 24-17 win against the Titans. Following the celebratory moment, Biles took to social media posting, “my heart” in reply to it.

She once again commented in a separate X post, “I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK” which reached millions of views and comments. Simone Biles even took Instagram stories to put a post penning, “LFG!!!…TOUCHDOWN FOR HUBBY”.

Biles and Owens are often seen at each other’s game events cheering and supporting their loved ones. Before Owens debut with the Bears this season, Biles was seen by her husband’s side during a preseason matchup. She also cheered for Owens last month during the Bears vs. Bengals game.

After checking Biles’ comment on social media, Jonathan Owens noted, “Love my baby man ?♥”. During the game, an NFL commentator nicknamed Owens, “Mr. Biles” which got a wild reaction from the fans. In an Instagram video post, the commentator was heard saying, “Mr. Biles getting in there.”

Jonathan Owens and Simone Biles strong bond and support for each other

It was not the first time Simone Biles has commented on Jonathan Owens‘ game. Even in the past, she was often seen cheering for her husband from the stands, and even giving a call out on social media. The same could be said for Owens who even took time off to watch Biles participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The duo walked down the aisle in April 2023 and even discussed having children in an interview. Biles noted that they “most definitely” want children, but hope to fulfill their own goals before starting a family. 

From their dating phase to the wedding bells, a lot of controversies surrounded the duo. However, they have time and again stood against all criticisms, continuing their support for each other. Biles and Owens completed their dream home in Texas. In their free time, they can often enjoy each other’s company or have fun outings.
