Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen‘s wife and Hollywood actor Hailee Steinfeld is currently on a break from acting due to pregnancy. She has shifted her priorities from reading scripts to focusing on her health.

That said, she keeps in touch with her fans by writing blog posts on Beau Society. In a recent publication, Steinfeld provided an answer to one of the web’s most frequently asked questions.

Steinfeld’s fans had asked her to name three actors she would love to work with again if the chance ever comes. She mentioned the names of Woody Harrelson (The Edge of Seventeen), Anna Baryshnikov (Dickinson), and Viola Davis (Ender’s Game).

All three are great actors in their own right. But it’s the name Steinfeld left out that has her followers wondering. After gaining success and recognition for her role as Mary Louise alongside Michael B. Jordan’s Smoke in Ryan Coogler’s 2025 film Sinners, fans assumed that Jordan’s name would be at the very top of her list. But it is not.

Perhaps Steinfeld needs to rethink her list, considering Jordan just won the Best Actor Award at the 2026 Oscars (98th Academy Awards).

Steinfeld announced her pregnancy in December 2025. Around this time, Allen was fighting hard to take the Bills above the New England Patriots to secure another AFC East crown. Despite winning the final four regular-season games, including a victory over the Patriots, the Bills conceded the division to the Boston franchise.

The Bills played the Jacksonville Jaguars in the wild-card round. Allen scored 3 touchdowns and threw for 273 yards as the Bills won 27-24 to secure a spot in the Divisional Round game. Buffalo faced off against the Denver Broncos at Mile High.

Sean Payton’s Broncos won the game in overtime and advanced to the AFC title game. Allen finished with 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptions, aside from fumbling the ball a couple of times.

The 2024 NFL MVP owned up to the mistakes he made in the game. However, analysts said Allen squandered a golden opportunity for the Bills to win a Super Bowl with Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson both out of the competition.

Allen finished the year with 319 completions for 3668 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 10 picks. He also added 579 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns.

A couple of weeks after the Super Bowl in San Francisco wrapped up, Steinfeld shared a pregnancy update with her fans.

Allen and Steinfeld were first linked together back in 2023 when paparazzi spotted the pair entering a sushi restaurant in New York. After dating for over a year, Allen proposed to Steinfeld on November 22, 2024, on a beachside cliff in Malibu, California. Allen and Steinfeld had a private wedding on May 31, 2025, in California.
