UFC 307 delivered a night full of surprises and controversy, with unexpected outcomes and questionable judging decisions putting the spotlight on the event. CEO Dana White found himself dealing with numerous contentious moments. One among them was the controversial fight between Julianna Pena and Raquel Pennington, which sparked heated discussions.

The co-main event bout at UFC 307 saw Julianna Pena taking back her bantamweight title after a two-year hiatus. It was a close fight, and Pena won via split decision. Pennington did well and even landed a knockdown. However, the majority of fight fans weren’t happy about the result. They made sure to share their disappointment.

As expected, Dana White was not happy with it, as the referee was removed from the card. However, that wasn’t enough to avoid more controversies.
