“Definitely in that consideration”: Hall of Famer Earl Monroe adds Julius Randle into MVP candidature

Owing a lot to maiden All-Star Julius Randle and young RJ Barrett, the team looks very strong. Julius Randle has dragged back the team to certainly where they belong.
The arrival of new coach Tom Thibodeu has levelled up the team game. More importantly Julius Randle is already in his elite form this season. Right after the All-Star weekend, Julius Randle has activated beast mode dropping some serious numbers. Hall of famer Earl Monroe has now vouched in for the maiden All-Star Julius Randle, making a strong case for him.
The New York Knicks survived an overtime yesterday against the Atlanta Hawks. Julius Randle dropped 40 huge points and 11 rebounds before taking over in the OT. Derrick Rose and Imanuel Quickley added 20 points each.
Earl Monroe says Julius Randle should be MVP
According to Hall of Famer Earl Monroe, Julius Randle deserves to be the MVP more than another. Being a Knicks legend and original Black Jesus, Monroe made reasonable points to support Julius Randle’s nomination.
He stated, “Definitely in that conversation. The translation of Julius Randle and what he’s meant to this team, you’ve gotta take him serious for MVP.” Julius Randle proved his worth in the beginning of the season itself.
Julius Randle has been topping the list with great numbers. While the league is nearing the post season games, Julius Randle is getting the real hype. His MVP candidature has made a strong case with the great performance. Earl Monroe is making a strong case for Julius Randle as well.
Earl Monroe added, “He brought a real program in. He’s got guys that buy into it. I think what he’s done and accomplished in this short period of time, (he) certainly should be in that conversation.”
Hall of famer Earl Monroe was quite pleased with Julius Randle’s performance. The Knicks have been at par this season. Their recent 8 game win streak has been more inspirational than ever. The 4th seeded team owe a lot to Julius Randle. Hopefully the team gets deep into the playoffs.
