Jorge Masvidal and Justin Gaethje do not seem to be on good terms. Gaethje who currently holds the BMF title called out the former BMF champion for threatening him. Justin Gaethje is going into UFC 300 to defend the BMF title but has challenged Masvidal to face him anywhere on the street.

Justin Gaethje recently did an interview with Daniel Cormier ahead of his fight at UFC 300. During the interview, Cormier questioned him about his ongoing feud with Masvidal. Gaethje did not hold back and went on a full rant on the former BMF title holder. 

The only orbital he got broken is his against Kamaru and I loved to see it. He f**king cheap shotted Colby Covington and didn’t break his orbital. Nothing was more special than seeing all that mist come off his face when f**king Kamaru put a hole through it.

Jorge Masvidal hung up his gloves last year but everybody was expecting him to return. He recently made some comments suggesting a potential comeback for the BMF title against Justin Gaethje. However, Gaethje had no interest in fighting Masvidal whatsoever and quickly shot him down. Jorge Masvidal did not take this very kindly and their ongoing feud broke out.

The first BMF title match happened between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz at UFC 244. The BMF belt was supposed to be a one-time thing and Masvidal held it first when he TKOd Nate Diaz. However, the UFC brought it back last year at UFC 291 when ‘The Highlight’ fought Dustin Poirier. Gaethje knocked Poirier out with the viral head kick and became the second fighter to hold the title.

With UFC 300 just around the corner, Google is showing something interesting about the BMF title fight between Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway. According to this, the UFC 300 matchup between Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway has been canceled.

The news has cast much confusion among fans and it is reflected in the posts on social media. People thought the fight was withdrawn and demanded an explanation from officials and proper sources. However, it ultimately turned out to be a glitch on behalf of Google.

The official matchup is still up on the UFC website and no such news from reliable sources has confirmed any such cancellation. Fight fans are now looking forward to the BMF showdown between the former UFC champion and BMF title holder at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Las Vegas.
