Tyron Woodley made his comeback to the octagon against Brazilian, Vicente Luque at the UFC 260 co-main event. The event took place at the UFC Apex, Las Vegas where the Brazilian submitted the former welterweight champion, ‘The Chosen one” in the very first round. This win puts Luque in the second rankings and will look to knockout every single fighter in the future. Vicente Luque has a record of 20-7-1 after the fight against Woodley. Both the fighters took heavy hits but Luque finally made the win.

UFC Twitter explodes to Vicente Luque’s performance

Stephen Thompson was lost for words after the fight ended in Luque’s favour as he submitted the former champion with a choke.

Despite his loss, Tyron Woodley has Justin Gaethje’s respect after UFC 260. The lightweight contender showed his respect for ‘The Chosen one’.

UFC reporter Ariel Helwani tweeted out stating that this was Tyron Woodley’s first UFC submission loss and this is his last fight in the UFC contract deal.

Jamahal Hill and Belal Muhammad also expressed their reactions on Twitter. Belal complimented Luque on his composure.

Michael Chiesa thinks the fight was crazy as he expressed on Twitter. He wrote, “That was crazy af!!” Vicente Luque was so impressive that he got Zak Cummings going crazy.
