Kamaru Usman recently sat down with Henry Cejudo in the latest installment of the Pound 4 Pound Podcast show. During the conversation, the former welterweight champ discussed Dustin Poirier‘s chances to win the belt. While Poirier is the underdog, Usman believes miracles do take place in the fight business.

Poirier previously had failed twice to get his hands on the lightweight title. In both attempts, he faced submission losses. However, the ‘Diamond’ will aim for a different result this time. Poirier even mentioned his goal to knock out Islam Makhachev.
Going into the fight, Dustin Poirier is well aware that this might be his last run at the UFC gold. The fighter has talked about retirement after the UFC 302 title fight.
