Karrion Kross has been embroiled in rivalry with Xavier Woods and New Day for months now. He often stays active on social media and shares his opinion about WWE and Wrestling with fans. Recently, the former NXT Champion suggested a new tournament where a winner would get a new championship.
The 39-year-old star suggested during an interview on X that there should be a brand-new “Extreme Rules” tournament. He stated that there would be no rules or disqualifications in these matches. Karrion Kross further added that the winner would be determined by pinfall, submission, or knockout. The winner of the whole tournament would be awarded the Extreme Wrestling Championship belt.
For the past few months, Kross has constantly tried to instigate Xavier Woods against his friend Kofi Kingston. The feud culminated in a huge six-man tag team match on the August 19th episode of Raw. The former NXT Champ, along with Akam and Rezar, lost the match against Woods, Kofi, and Odyssey Jones. His wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, advised him to seek bigger and better opportunities.
It would be awesome to hold an extreme rules tournament right now in WWE to introduce a new Extreme Wrestling Championship. No rules. No DQ. Pinfall, submission or knockout.Karrion Kross on X
On the latest episode of Raw, he wrestled Jey Uso and Kingston in a Triple Threat match. Unfortunately, he fell short against The Yeet Master, who qualified for the Fatal 4-Way match for the No. 1 contendership for the Intercontinental Title. It will be intriguing to see what the future holds for the Final Testament Leader.
