In the recent court proceedings, over injections, personal chats of the parties involved were aired on court. Watching this unfold, 2014 Cup winner Kevin Harvick is concerned.

In the latest episode of his Happy Hour podcast, the ex-SHR racer Kevin Harvick shared his thoughts on the chats that was made public on the Happy Hour podcast. Denny Hamlin was caught admitting his hatred towards the NASCAR owners, the France family while the series senior officials were found plotting ways force team to signing charter deals.

Watching all this, Kevin Harvick declared that there is massive divide between the two parties involved and the animosity among them is really concerning. The fight has become personal, as the iconic Michael Jordan meme implies, and as the judge of the car highlighted no one is going to win without any significant hard after the trial that will start in December.

When I look at all the text messages, I think to myself there’s a lot of hate in this particular instance and animosity between the two sides. I think at this point, it seems personal. When you look at all the things that the judge has told both sides, it’s like, ‘Hey, this is going to not end well for all of you.

Kevin Harvick said on Happy Hour podcast.

Just like Judge Bell suggested, the former Champion Kevin Harvick wants the case to be settles outside the court. He suspects that if the case went to trail, everyone’s name is going to get dragged through the mud. Harvick has always been someone that called for a settlement outside the court as he knew thing are going to get worse during the trial.

I would encourage you to work it out.’ I hope that we can get this worked out before Dec. 1 because I think it’s going to drag everybody through the mud.

Kevin Harvick declares the teams are not fighting for money

In the same podcast, Kevin Harvick shared his thoughts on the real reason why the team are fighting NASCAR. Initially it had to do with the TV revenue sharing, where only $430 million of the $1.1 billion were promised to the teams as part of the new charter deal.

But now it has become a fight od ideologies and that why things are getting personal. Kevin Harvick pointed out that at the moment, both sides are no longer worries about how much money the ongoing lawsuit is going to cost him.

Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan in their public statements has confirmed this many times, asserting they are fighting over ideals and not money. Now things are stuck is court and unless it get solves soon, more mess is awaiting them.

There’s two sides that aren’t worried about money. They’re worried about fighting for what they believe is right and what is right and what is wrong, unfortunately, is in the court system. I hope that they can figure it out amongst themselves before it goes all the way to drag everybody’s face through the mud.

Kevin Harvick said.

Just like Harvick, the majority in the racing community especially the neutrals want the lawsuit to be settled outside the court. This is because of the fact that the sport will be changed forever regardless of who is winning the trial, and the subsequent appeals that will come after that.
