This Saturday, on the first night of WrestleMania 41, three of WWE’s most dominant forces will lock horns in an epic triple-threat match fighting for the soul of this industry. The combatants include Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins. Out of them, Kieran Culkin has landed on The Best in the World ousting his foes.
The Succession star briefly spoke to Mark It Down about pro wrestling’s biggest extravaganza slated for this weekend in Las Vegas. At first, Culkin, a huge wrestling fan, said that he’s a couple of weeks behind, seemingly referring to the fact that he hasn’t been able to catch up with the shows lately.
However, the 42-year-old was hoping to see CM Punk vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE title but said he’s fine with John Cena too, whose ongoing heel run has Culkin intrigued. The Oscar-winning actor wouldn’t be able to attend WrestleMania this year because of his role in the Broadway revival of David Mamet‘s Glengarry Glen Ross.
Culkin did say that he’d attend SummerSlam in New Jersey, which is set to debut a two-night format. Earlier this year, Kieran was ringside for the Netflix premiere of Raw. He was caught by surprise when Punk stopped to greet him after the Second City Saint had just put away Rollins. Punk was aware of Culkin’s previous night’s Golden Globes exploits as the two chatted gleefully.
All eyes on Roman Reigns after Seth Rollins’ ask of Paul Heyman
The entire dynamics of the highly anticipated three-way showdown changed rapidly when CM Punk finally cashed in his favor. The 46-year-old has secured Roman Reigns’ Special Counsel, Paul Heyman, to be in his corner at The Grandest Stage of Them All. That means Reigns wouldn’t have his Wiseman walking him down that aisle for the first time since 2021.

On Raw last Monday, Seth Rollins tried talking Heyman out of the entire situation. After Paul lashed out at The Visionary for laying his hands on him, Rollins snapped. The latter was about to end The Mad Genius for good, but Punk ran in to avert the beatdown of his former manager. The Voice of the Voiceless went right after Seth, and the two started brawling.
Rollins eventually caught Punk by surprise when he stomped the latter’s head into the mat. A devastated Heyman couldn’t help but check on Punk. In the meantime, Rollins was measuring Paul and almost delivered a stomp but purposely retracted. By doing so, The Architect told Reigns’ Wiseman that he now owed Seth a favor too. The OTC will be on Raw this week after recent turmoil encircling Heyman.
Who’s the betting odds favorite in Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins?
At this point, there’s no clear favorite for one to pick. However, as per BetOnline, Roman Reigns is listed at -200, followed by Seth Rollins at +140. Having said that, CM Punk is a heavy underdog going into the biggest night of his professional wrestling career at +300.

The fans are expecting a screwy finish to the match. It wouldn’t be possible without the man they call The One Behind The One In 21-1, Paul Heyman. Although he said on Raw that he’s never going to betray Reigns nor Punk, the WWE Universe is quite sceptical about it.

After what transpired between Heyman and Rollins, that end is also wide open and needs to be tied. On the other hand, The OTC’s strained relationship with his Wiseman could also be a premonition of things to come. Not much time is left until it goes down at the Allegiant Stadium this weekend.
