This is not the first time, however, that the Real Madrid striker’s account was hacked. Back in 2019 and 2020, hackers took control of his account and promoted Bitcoin, with fake promises. Investors were lured into making massive amounts and in the process lost a significant amount of money. Crypto hacks are on the rise which has already resulted in a loss of $266 million.

At the time of writing, the account was reclaimed by Kylian Mbappe, making it secure and ensuring the fact that everything was taken care of. Mbappe, started the season on a high, scoring a goal on his Real Madrid debut in the UEFA Super Cup final. However, the La Liga opener saw Mbappe struggling as fans were quick to spot that he will need to walk a mile before he can run in the Spanish Premier League.
