Tonight’s Raw in Düsseldorf could feature the impending WWE return of LA Knight. He was brutally attacked by The Vision on the 12/8 edition of the company’s flagship show. The erstwhile Eli Drake lost to Logan Paul that night, after which Paul, along with “Big” Bronson Reed, doubled down on an impotent Knight backstage.

Reed flattened Knight with a tsunami from an elevated platform onto the hood of an SUV. The beatdown of LA Knight triggered an online meltdown of his fanbase, with it claiming that WWE completely buried the 43-year-old. The company officials were surprised over the strong backlash from the fans. Internal claims outlined that the said segment was done in a way so that it could be revisited in the future.

And it seems like the time has finally come. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has noted that Knight is set to travel to Germany this week. It’s been just over a month since his last appearance on WWE television, and the fans are more than ready to see him back en route to the Royal Rumble. The former US Champion is expected to continue beefing with The Vision, and he’s yet to get his lick back on the villainous stable.

BodySlam reported a while ago that the former TNA star is positioned as one of the top babyfaces in WWE. The outlet additionally said that the Hagerstown-born wrestler’s involvement with The Vision will inevitably augment the crowd reactions in Knight’s favor, with him pegged for a much better 2026.

‘The Megastar’ is still gunning to win his first world title in WWE. While his inconsistent booking in the company doesn’t bode well for his future endeavors, the fans are still hoping for WWE to strap the rocket on Knight’s back this year. It could simply begin with the former Max Dupri outclassing the field in this year’s Royal Rumble match.

What else has been made official for this week’s Raw?

Based on the announcements the Raw GM Adam Pearce has made, this week’s show in Germany is looking quite promising. First things first, Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky will kick off the proceedings after winning the women’s tag team titles from Asuka and Kairi Sane last week on the 1-year anniversary episode of Raw on Netflix.

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk will be there live to address the crowd after making a successful title defense against Bron Breakker last Monday. Raquel Rodriguez has also been announced to make an appearance. She’s coming off from a vicious ambush of Stephanie Vaquer, who’s currently dealing with a minor ankle injury.

The fans could definitely expect these women to run it back for the women’s world title once ‘La Primera’ is medically cleared to wrestle. In some thrilling tag team action, The Vision’s Austin Theory and Bronson Reed will take on Dragon Lee and Penta, accompanied by Rey Mysterio. The luchadores went after Theory, Reed, and Logan Paul during last week’s Punk vs. Breakker showdown to ensure a level playing field for ‘The Best in the World’.

Could this be where LA Knight makes his return? It’d certainly be worth looking for. Last but not least, AJ Styles and Gunther are slated to lock horns for the first time ever on live television. This feud escalated last week on Raw when ‘The Phenomenal One’ slapped ‘The Ring General’ right across his face.

Styles dared the former World Heavyweight Champion to do something about it, but the Austrian decided against initiating a brawl and rolled out.
