“No more fake Bloodline,” Top WWE star sends warning to Bloodline member ahead of grudge match on SmackDown
Former WWE champion declares his intention of once again climbing the WWE ladder after his match against Bloodline member on Friday.
LA Knight sends a message to Tama Tonga (via WWE)
LA Knight will continue his feud with The Bloodline during the upcoming episode of SmackDown. He is set to face Tama Tonga in a singles match during the show. Ahead of their match on Friday, the Megastar sent a message to his opponent, claiming that he no longer had anyone to save him. Furthermore, he announced his intention to climb back up the WWE ladder.
Knight was, of course, referring to the Bloodline segment on the latest episode of SmackDown. Solo Sikoa made his first appearance on WWE TV after losing the Ula Fala to Roman Reigns. He got on the microphone but walked away without saying anything. Now, it is highly interesting to see what this could lead to, as even WWE creative was conflicted regarding this segment.
Like many on the roster, LA Knight has a deep-rooted history with the Samoan faction. He was screwed out of winning the WWE Undisputed Championship by the OG Bloodline at Crown Jewel 2023 and Royal Rumble 2024. Furthermore, he has been feuding with the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline for a few weeks now.

No Solo to help you win.
Step 1 in getting back to the top starts tomorrow…with everybody sayin’…#SmackDown @WWE pic.twitter.com/LsuCAlA8Aj
This rivalry began when The Bloodline ambushed Knight and Andrade on an episode of SmackDown. Alongside his goals for the United States Championship, the erstwhile Eli Drake also started going after the Samoan faction to get his revenge. He is constantly brawling with the Samoans on the blue brand and even hilariously kicked Jacob Fatu out of the arena a couple of weeks ago.
LA Knight talks about his sudden rise within WWE
LA Knight was one of the hottest superstars in WWE during the summer of 2023. This led to the promotion giving him a solid push. They even inserted him into the main event picture against Roman Reigns for a while. Since then, the former United States Champion has been a strong presence on the SmackDown midcard.
Speaking with WittyWhitter, Knight talked about the journey he had taken to get here. He revealed that he was still unsure how he got so over among fans all of a sudden. The only thing he could attribute it to was his program with Bray Wyatt. However, the promotion was allegedly still unsure about him.
Knight was really shocked when he saw the WWE Universe falling in love with his character despite not doing anything interesting from a creative standpoint. The SmackDown superstar always did the most with the time he was allotted, which he believes must have clicked with the fans and made them pop for him.
