‘Shirtless’ Lamine Yamal spends much needed time off in Greece on vacation following successful Euros campaign

Lamine Yamal is truly the man of the moment. The 17-year-old achieved instant stardom after a successful Euros with Spain in Germany. With goal contributions against Germany, France and England, the teenager has drawn attention from around the globe. With the end of tournament football, players have made their way back to their clubs with pre-season games underway at several clubs.
FC Barcelona have made the decision to give their Spanish players who made it to the final some much needed time off. Yamal made use of his mini-vacation to fly off to Greece, from where he shared pictures and videos on social media. The teenager’s Instagram following has nearly doubled to 17 million ever since the start of the Euros.
He shared a shirtless video of himself in a yacht, cruising through the coastline in Greece. Yamal also posted stories of his luxurious resort and yacht on Instagram, with fans sharing the same on social media.
Supporters were happy that the youngster finally took some time off and relaxed after a hectic few months with both club and country.

FC Barcelona have one of the most enviable list of names when it comes to harboring young talent. From Lamine Yamal to Pedri and Gavi, the list keeps on expanding from season to season. Barcelona’s beloved No.8 Pedri claimed that his teammate Yamal was totally deserving of the Golden Boy award for 2024.
At the age of 17, Yamal did exceptionally well to make 17 goal contributions in 50 games throughout the 2023/24 season. Pedri was the recipient of the award in 2021 after he broke into the Barcelona midfield under Ronald Koeman.

Pedri is currently out with an injury after receiving a crunching tackle from former Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos at the Euros.
Besides Yamal, Real Madrid’s Endrick, Paris Saint-Germain’s Warren Zaire-Emery and Manchester United’s Kobbie Mainoo are all in the running to claim the prestigious award. With the arrival of Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, it remains to be seen if Barcelona can respond to the might of the Los Blancos. Fans are hoping that Yamal and co. will live up to their billing in a season where Hansi Flick has taken over as manager.
