NBA stars Russell Westbrook and Damian Lillard have been making the headlines lately after audio of them trash-talking each other in 2019 went viral. Notably, Westbrook and Lillard have been fierce rivals in the NBA over the years, and the recent audio being leaked is a clear example of their rivalry. In addition, Westbrook and Lillard, both have never won an NBA title to date.

In the viral video making rounds on the internet, Westbrook is seen trash-talking Lillard in a particular game between them in 2019. In the following year, in 2020, both the stars again trash-talked each other, with Lillard providing a stellar response too. Westbrook and Lillard always went toe-to-toe whenever they played each other in the NBA.

Notably, NBA star Damian Lillard came in support of Westbrook despite the two having a fierce rivalry.

Lillard defended Westbrook against those who thought he was no longer good when he was featured on the Back on Figg podcast.
