With Bronny James' NBA debut coming up, LeBron James' wife Savannah James finally tried her hand at NBA 2K.

The 2024 NBA season is steadily approaching with its media day kicking off on 30th September. With LeBron James‘ eldest son Bronny James‘ debut, this season will be quite special for the family. Savannah James finally hopped onto NBA 2K and played as son Bronny.
LeBron James had quite some stories to tell on the media day ahead of the 2024 NBA season. The LA Lakers star spoke about a video on his phone featuring Savannah playing NBA 2K. Contextually, he connotated she did not usually play digital games, but it took her her eldest’s debut to get into it. The four-time NBA MVP joked about his wife going into practice mode and playing as Bronny in the virtual training facility. After having a couple of misses, she got the hang of it and nailed a perfect shot.
She does not play video games, but she went in practice mode and played with her son.

LeBron James promised to later post the video to the world, and he did. The story got quite the laugh from the panel as well as Bronny James, who sat beside the four-time NBA champion. The upcoming season has the Lakers fans specifically excited. This will be the first time in the history of the NBA that the basketball geeks get to see a father-son duo play together.
Bronny James was selected in the NBA right after his freshman year at USC. The LA Lakers took the young James as their 55th pick overall in the 2024 NBA Draft. On the other hand, LeBron James is entering his 22nd NBA season, with more motivation this time around.

LeBron shared his pride for his son that he shared with his wife Savannah James. At the time, Bronny demonstrated his hand at the sport by making a basket. The Lakers star recalled looking at his wife and calling their son special.
Besides Bronny James, the LA Lakers have only one new addition to the team, Dalton Knecht. The Lakers will play their first preseason game on October 4 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Post that, they will face the same team in their season opener game on October 22.
