UFC 262: Leon Edwards vs Nate Diaz booked for the co-main event

Edwards vs Diaz

‘The Stockton Slugger’ Nate Diaz is finally returning back to the Octagon to face the number three ranked UFC Welterweight fighter, Leon Edwards, at  UFC 262. This is the first time UFC will be hosting a five-round co-main event for a non-title fight.

This is going to be Nate Daiz’s first appearance inside the Octagon after losing the BMF Title match against Jorge Masvidal in November 2019. His comeback was highly anticipated and now the fans are getting what they were waiting for.

Leon Edwards also stepped inside the Octagon against Belal Muhammad in March but unfortunately, that fight ended in no contest because of an accidental eye poke by Edwards. Nate Diaz is going to be a tough challenge for Leon Edwards for sure.
