The battle between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump is about to close with the elections to end on November 5th. Despite being a tight race, some are predicting the current Vice President to hold the edge, even among swing states. For supporters of the former President such as Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown, it was not good news to take in.

Earlier, the former Pittsburgh Steelers star suggested that he would leave the country if Harris was elected as the President. This reaction from him came after multiple pre-poll analysis suggested that Donald Trump will lose to the current Vice-President by the slightest of margins. The margin was already there for some time.

But it widened slightly after Trump’s words during his last campaign sparked debates all across the country. The former President had suggested that those who opposed him were going to have guns raining ‘9 barrels’ at them.

Bell and Brown are strong supporters of Donald Trump. Knowing this, the mostly left-leaning African American community went on to attack Bell after this tweet of his. The best one to sum it up Tom Brady’s former Super Bowl-winning teammate Asante Samuel Sr.

Do us all a favor and please leave now. And I will ask you everyday did you leave yet.

Asante Samuel Sr. replied to Le’Veon Bell

Samuel Sr.’s words found a lot of support as many mentioned that they would do the same and remind Bell to leave once Kamala Harris wins. To add to that, many fans asked Le’Veon Bell to take his friend and teammate Antonio Brown along with him.

Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell’s support for Donald Trump could backfire

The former Pittsburgh Steelers stars created much noise when the two openly supported Donald Trump. That is despite most of the African American athletes doing the opposite. From his first time in the Oval Office, the billionaire has found opposition from that community.

But for some reason, these two are sitting on the right wing and have openly taken shots at Kamala Harris. Maybe it could be the reason why Bell suggested he would leave. If the Vice President wins, he and Brown won’t hear the end of it. Possibly even ruining whatever they have built up for so long since their retirement.

During the earlier campaign of current President Joe Biden, Bell, and Brown were in good spirits as it was clear that Trump would resume office. But once Harris took over the contest, the tide has changed. The two former NFL stars did campaign for Trump. But if it does not work in their favor, expect the likes of Asante Samuel Sr. and other colored Americans to remind them.
