Liv Morgan finally completed her revenge tour when she defeated Becky Lynch. She held the world title for the second time since 2022 when she cashed in her Money in the Bank contract to seize the title from Ronda Rousey. After her victory, she didn’t forget to mock her arch-nemesis, Rhea Ripley, on social media.
Daddio took to X, shared a picture of herself with the title, and tagged Rhea Ripley with a kissing emoji. Liv Morgan sent a constant reminder to Mami that the thing she loved the most was with her now. She viciously attacked the Aussie after WrestleMania XL, ultimately injuring her and forcing her to relinquish her title.
Ahead of her match against Becky Lynch in Saudi Arabia, Morgan gave an interview to Byron Saxton about her preparations. However, during the interview, Dominik Mysterio came out of nowhere to send her a warning. “Dirty” Dom declared that he would do everything within his power to prevent her from winning what he referred to as Mami’s title.
In the closing moments of the match, Dom tried to help The Man by sliding the steel chair, but Morgan took advantage and won the match. As of now, there are no updates on when Rhea Ripley will make her return to the squared circle. However, the WWE Universe is sure that she won’t be happy with what transpired at the King and Queen of the Ring PLE.
Logan Paul helped Liv Morgan win the Women’s World Title
Although Logan Paul didn’t emerge during her match like Dominik Mysterio, he was also a significant figure in her victory. The duo met backstage, and the United States Champion gave her a secret weapon, which eventually led to her winning the title.
Backstage before the show, The Maverick noticed that Daddio was drinking Red Bull instead of Prime. He immediately came over and handed her a can of Prime, tossing the Red Bull can aside. The 29-year-old star seemed ecstatic and said she would win the title. Paul took to Instagram and shared a picture of her, saying that she did it.
The night in Jeddah turned out to be different for both stars. While Morgan was able to defeat The Man to win the title, Logan fell short of becoming a double champion. Nonetheless, with The Maverick remaining the U.S. Champion, it will be interesting to see how well the next few weeks go for the champions.
