Logan Paul claims Dana White shunned him after the WWE Superstar’s proposal of fighting at UFC 300
The boxer-turned-WWE Superstar Logan Paul was interested in having an undercard fight on the UFC 300 card but Dana White no-sold it.

At the moment, he’s counting down to a potential show-stealer with AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41. But at one point, Logan Paul had his sights set on foraying into the UFC. The Maverick made a shocking revelation about being ghosted by Dana White on the latest episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast. Interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall was on board.
Aspinall was asked to lay out the roadmap for a potential stint in the UFC for Logan Paul. He then asked The Maverick what weight category he’d fit in. Probably at 185 pounds, responded Paul, which falls under the light heavyweight category. The WWE Superstar further said that he’d have loved to fight Alex Pereira at one point.
Aspinall added that South African MMA fighter Dricus Du Plessis is the man of the moment in that division. Paul’s co-host asked The Honey Badger whether the former US Champion is too old to step into the octagon, to which the Brit didn’t agree.

Logan then added that even if he were to have one UFC fight under his belt, he wouldn’t be fighting DDP, who’s the reigning UFC middleweight champion. Aspinall wondered if Paul had ever reached out to the UFC, and that’s when he eventually disclosed how UFC CEO White ghosted him.
Last year, The Maverick texted the 55-year-old business magnate regarding his availability for the UFC 300 event. Logan was zealous about fighting on the undercard, but he hasn’t heard back from the UFC CEO to this day. The IMPAULSIVE host couldn’t help but laugh about how everything went.
Logan Paul dissects CM Punk’s failed UFC tenure
In the aforementioned conversation, Tom Aspinall asked Logan Paul if he could pull off what CM Punk did in the UFC. Having signed with the Dana White promotion in 2014, Punk’s UFC debut didn’t happen until September 2016. On the given night, he endured a first-round loss to Mickey Gall via rear naked choke submission.

His second and last fight was once again a loss to Mike Jackson in June 2018, after which The Best in the World parted ways with the UFC. Logan noted that even though Punk’s a great wrestler, he wasn’t like that as an MMA fighter, which Aspinall also concurred with. After that, Paul admitted that he’s made peace in life with the fact that he’s working for WWE.
The Maverick does feel like he’s made for it, and that’s why he’s not looking to segue into other ventures for the time being. Punk and Logan did come face-to-face inside a WWE arena last month on Raw. At the Elimination Chamber PLE, the social media megastar was pinned by the veteran. It served as a revenge for Punk, who was dumped over the top rope by Logan in the Royal Rumble match.
When is Logan Paul returning to WWE television?
After a two-week absence from WWE programming, Logan Paul is set to confront AJ Styles on Raw this Monday. The 29-year-old is fresh off the embarrassment he was subject to at Madison Square Garden.

Back then, the Westlake-born internet personality tried to pulverize Andrew Schulz, who’d attended the show as a guest. Styles ran in to save Schulz from the beatdown. The former WWE Champion took the gauntlet to Paul, who ate a phenomenal forearm from the 47-year-old.
They’re expected to throw down at WrestleMania 41, and the match could be sanctioned as early as by Raw in London. The Maverick said in a recent Instagram video that what AJ did to him at MSG was unforgivable. Paul is out for vengeance.
