Ryan Garcia upset the odds when he defeated Devin Haney via majority decision. Preluding the fight, Garcia had already made enemies out of Jake and Logan Paul, KSI, and others, and they came back to bite him after the news of his doping violation. Garcia tested positive for Ostarine, much to the surprise of the boxing community.

Even Conor McGregor reacted violently to the news on social media and had a back-and-forth with Garcia. “King Ry” had maintained his innocence, but B-samples of his blood result came positive, putting the credibility of his victory over Haney in limbo. Interestingly, the WWE superstar found the moment ideal to make fun of Garcia at a WWE press conference.

Before his fight against Haney, Garcia had directed severe criticism against Logan Paul and KSI. Garcia criticized Paul and KSI’s energy drink Prime on several occasions. Paul had recently resorted to a defamation lawsuit against Garcia.

After Garcia’s B samples showed a positive test result, Bill Haney alleged Floyd Mayweather might be the middleman who procured steroids for Garcia. Nevertheless, Garcia’s future in boxing and the validity of his recent victory are yet to be determined.

There are several sets of brothers who are relevant in the combat sports discussions. However, none have attracted more hate than the Paul brothers, Jake and Logan. Some hate both, while others hate one and have no qualms with the other.

Jake’s primary objective is to become a world champion boxer, while Logan has full concentrated on his career as a WWE superstar. Interestingly, Logan’s close friend and business partner, KSI, is Jake’s bitter rival. Garcia has had his skirmish with his brothers, and he recently tweeted about them.

Garica’s sentiment is similar to the general consensus. Most of the combat sports community hate Logan and has no beefs with Jake. That doesn’t mean Jake is beloved by the community. Scheduled to fight Mike Tyson, Jake was met with boos and jeers on the promotional press conferences.

Despite being cool with Jake, Garcia has numerous times called for a boxing match with him. Jake has vowed to knock out Garcia if they fought. Similarly, Garcia has also vowed to do the same. However, such a matchup would not likely happen.
