Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic gets shocked at loud NSFW noises in press conference after playoff win against Oklahoma City Thunder

Luka Doncic, the Dallas Mavericks superstar, often stuns the basketball world with his extraordinary performances, like his near-triple-double in today’s playoff victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Yet, sometimes he encounters surprises, as evidenced by NSFW noises disrupting his post-match press conference.

The 25-year-old superstar was answering a question about the team’s energy throughout the game that helped them get the win. But as he was finishing his sentence, loud NSFW voices filtered into the press room. At that moment, a stunned Luka Doncic looked up, trying to process the situation. Once the noises stopped, the Slovenian dropped his head and came back up with a sly smile on his face.

I hope that's not live.

Press conference disruptions are uncommon, but they often evoke a humorous response. During the All-Star weekend, Stephen Curry experienced a similar incident while answering questions when someone flushed a toilet. Although it brought laughter to the room, such surprises can sometimes make players and reporters uncomfortable, as seen in Doncic’s reaction.

Luka Doncic leads the way to a crucial Game 2 win on the road

Doncic and his teammates already know what it feels like to win Game 2 of a playoff series on the road. They did just that in the 1st round of the playoffs and went on to win the series. Therefore, even though the Oklahoma City Thunder went toe to toe with them, the Dallas Mavericks did enough to win this game.

The Slovenian resorted to his usual scoring efficiency and led the team in points while also grabbing crucial rebounds and dishing out assists. He had the support of trade deadline acquisition PJ Washington to thank as his usual partner in crime Kyrie Irving had an uncharacteristically bad shooting night. The Mavericks won the game by beating the young Thunder in every statistical category.

With this win, the series heads back to Dallas for the next two games. With the momentum now on their side, the series is Luka Doncic and his Mavericks teammates to lose.
