Major foul play suspected in Jannik Sinner’s doping case as lawyer who represented ITIA in case against Tara Moore gets involved
Tara Moore confirmed that the same law firm, that represented the ITIA during her doping case, worked for Jannik Sinner to resolve his case.

The same lawyer, who represented the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) against Tara Moore, represented Jannik Sinner when he tested positive for the banned anabolic steroid clostebol. Though Sinner’s case was resolved quickly, Moore had to face a ban when she tested positive for boldenone and nandrolone.
Moore was suspended on May 27, 2022, and after challenging ITIA’s decision, an independent tribunal’s verdict stated that the Brit bore “No Fault or Negligence.” The 32-year-old consumed contaminated meat in Bogota, Colombia, through which the two banned substances entered her body. The ban on her was lifted in December 2023.
Moore has been questioning ITIA about its quick procedure to clear Sinner of any wrongdoing. She took to X to reply to a user who shared screenshots of Sinner’s and Moore’s verdict by the ITIA, confirming that lawyer, Kendra Potts, who represented the ITIA during her case, worked with Sinner as well.
For all those asking for proof: the same lawyer representing Jannik Sinner from Onside Law (Kendra Potts) is also the same lawyer who is representing the ITIA in the case against me that’s still ongoing (Kendra Potts).Tara Moore wrote on X

Tara Moore found it sketchy when the same law firm represented ITIA and Jannik Sinner
In another tweet that Tara Moore posted on August 21st, she found it sketchy that the same first, Onside Law, represented both ITIA and Jannik Sinner. Moore, who has made it clear that she bears no ill will toward Sinner, has been criticizing the involved organizations for their handling of the two doping cases.

100% correct, the outrage should lie with the institution not the player. I’m glad Jannik had a different experience from myself, however, I think it’s very sketchy that the law firm that repped him, is the very same firm that has repped the ITIA for years.Tara Moore wrote on X

ITIA found the clostebol metabolite in Sinner’s sample twice in March and on August 15, he was found not guilty. The independent tribunal conducted an investigation during which Sinner explained how, while getting massages from his physiotherapist, the steroid entered his body.
The physiotherapist had been using a spray that had clostebol as one of the ingredients in it. When he used the spray to treat a wound and later with bare hands he massaged Sinner, the substance got into his body.
