Becky Lynch has been absent from WWE TV since May. Amid her hiatus, there have been numerous reports about the status of The Man with WWE. With the speculations hinting towards her imminent return, a report has finally emerged that sheds light on Lynch’s new possible WWE contract.

According to Fightful Select, Lynch’s contract with WWE is expected to be worth over $2 million annually. In fact, the relationship between the Stamford-based promotion and the former Women’s Champion is positive. Additionally, fans may expect the 37-year-old sooner than later back on WWE TV.

Moreover, the 7-time Women’s Champion has already announced that she will be revealing her future plans at the Vulture Fest later this month. Nonetheless, despite not currently being under contract, Lynch is still listed on WWE’s internal roster, suggesting that she may be WWE-bound in the near future.

Due to Rhea Ripley’s indefinite absence from WWE following her injury, the top spot on Raw is now empty. This leaves room for WWE to potentially bring back Becky Lynch earlier than expected, positioning her to step into The Eradicator’s role as Raw’s leading face.

Liv Morgan plants seeds for the return of Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch last faced Liv Morgan before going on hiatus earlier this year. Although The Man has been missing in-ring action, her rival Morgan has managed to make waves all around. However, recently, Daddio namedropped Lynch, sparking speculations of her return in the weeks to come.

Last week on SmackDown, Morgan had a confrontation with Nia Jax, where the Women’s World Champion claimed she had retired Big Time Becks from WWE. This bold statement raised many eyebrows. Furthermore, it is now being seen as potential foreshadowing of the veteran’s return.

There is a high possibility that the 37-year-old might make her return to face Morgan. With the scarcity of credible opponents for Morgan, Lynch could be a huge name to headline upcoming PLEs with her. The addition of the former Women’s Champion would also freshen up the lackluster Women’s World Title picture.
