Roman Reigns returned at SummerSlam and speared Solo Sikoa during his match against Cody Rhodes. The whole arena was on its feet when they heard his theme song. This was his very first appearance since his loss to The American Nightmare at WrestleMania XL. According to reports, The Original Tribal Chief has struck a deal with Air Jordans for 2025.
According to GQ, the former Undisputed WWE Champion’s deal with Nike includes Bloodline-branded sneakers set to launch in 2025. Interestingly, Roman Reigns returned to SummerSlam wearing the Trophy Room Jordan 1 Lows in the classic ‘Chicago’ colorway. It will be interesting to see if the new Bloodline Jordans will follow the same pattern.
Nonetheless, people are eagerly looking forward to getting their hands on them sometime next year. Speaking about his WWE run, during his absence, Solo Sikoa rose to prominence and formed his version of The Bloodline, which turned out to be even more vicious than the original. He recruited some dangerous members, like Tama Tonga, Jacob Fatu, and Tonga Loa, to wreak havoc.
However, they crossed the line when they attacked Paul Heyman for not acknowledging the new Tribal Chief. Fans knew that these actions would prompt Reigns to return sooner than expected. Fortunately, that’s exactly what happened at SummerSlam, where he attacked Solo and surprisingly helped Rhodes retain his title. Only time will tell what transpires on the upcoming episode of SmackDown, as the OTC is scheduled to make an appearance.
Could fans witness The Bloodline Civil War in the near future?
With Roman Reigns’ emphatic return at SummerSlam, there is no doubt that he will take revenge for what Solo did to his Wiseman. However, he will also need some people on his side to fight the dangerous faction of the new Bloodline. If all the stars align, the WWE Universe could witness a war for supremacy between both groups.
Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso were integral parts of the original Bloodline until it fell apart after last year’s SummerSlam PLE. While Jey went to Raw and started to forget his past with The Bloodline, his brother was attacked by Solo and Tama Tonga. Meanwhile, the honorary Uce, Sami Zayn, left the faction and established himself as a main event singles star.
However, Zayn lost his I.C. Title to Bron Breakker at SummerSlam, and The Yeet Master hasn’t been involved in any storyline lately either. They had a reunion and won a tag match against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh a few weeks ago. There is a high possibility of both of them joining Reigns, along with Jimmy when he eventually returns to fight against Solo’s Bloodline. It would be interesting to see how things will unfold in the coming weeks.
