A total of 9 fights were scheduled for UFC Vegas 9. But as situation gets worse, there will be only 7. Just after Thiago Moises was tested positive for coronavirus. His fellow American top team fighter Marcos Rogerio de Lima has met the same fate.

ATT coaches Katel Kubis and Leonardo dos Santos also tested positive for the virus. Multiple sources has confirmed to MMA Fighting.

Marcos Rogeio de Lima was scheduled to fight against Alexander Romanov. The latter came up in this fight boasting a perfect record of 11-0 finishing all his fights. Courtesy of 5 knockouts and 6 submissions. Whereas Marcos Rogerio had been following a win-loss pattern. But had registered his 12th knockout against Ben Sosoli. Both fighters are similarly known to deliver their best in the initial rounds itself.

Talking about Thiago Moises, supposed to face Jalin Turner in the octagon. Both these lightweights bursted onto the scene on their respective seasons of Dana White’s Contenders Series in 2018. Not just saving similar styles of play. But both found split success going 2-2 in the world’s leading MMA organization.

The Brazilian (Thiago Moises) has never been stopped in his progressional career having lost all 4 of his fight via decision.Thiago Mioses was fresh off a win against veteran Michael Johnson back in February of this year. Whereas Jalin Turner has secured a KO victory in 8 of his 9 career wins.

The Fight Night takes place at UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The event is headlines by Alistair Overseem and Augusto Sakai. However, the card will proceed with just seven total bouts, setting up tonight to be one quick collection of fights.
