Nick Kyrgios has been making scathing remarks on Jannik Sinner because of the doping controversy. Former tennis player Marion Bartoli however has had enough as she minced no words while slamming Kyrgios.
When the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) published the report that Sinner failed the drug test and bore no fault or negligence, since then Kyrgios has been taking brutal digs at the World No.1. Sinner tested positive for clostebol twice, and even though the ITIA called him innocent, he’s waiting for the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Bartoli, who once called Kyrgios ‘pathetic’, said he is someone who is ‘capable of saying absolute horrors’ to a respected player like Stan Wawrinka which is why she’s not surprised whenever he makes controversial statements.
Kyrgios has expressed his desire to beat Sinner at the Australian Open. If they meet in Melbourne, Bartoli is convinced that the Italian would prevail, given that he has already established himself as one of the best players in the world.

Nick Kyrgios reveals why he didn’t interview Jannik Sinner at the US Open
Nick Kyrgios played a doubles match with Casper Ruud at the World Tennis League. It was surprising for the tennis world to see them playing given that they have criticized each other in the past.
Kyrgios even posted on Instagram how it was a ‘pleasure’ for him to play against the Norwegian. A user on X slammed Kyrgios by posting a comment Kyrgios made on Ruud nearly three years ago.
The fan wrote how Kyrgios slams someone online but backs down when he meets that person. Another fan also agreed and pointed out how Kyrgios, who was working as a commentator for the ESPN, avoided meeting Jannik Sinner at the US Open. Kyrgios has now responded to the comment.
