Martina Navratilova recently slammed Donald Trump for saying he didn’t like playing football. The Republican presidential candidate made the statement in a podcast where he was trying to earn votes ahead of the US general election on November 5.
The US presidential election is a tight race between the Democratic and Republican parties. With less than 25 days to go before the election, both parties have been seeking means to persuade voters. Since gender has become a key decider to who wins the White House between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris, both candidates are seeking male and female voters.
Trump appeared on the “Bussin’ With the Boys’ podcast to emphasize his masculinity. However, an X user posted a clip from that interaction, where he admitted that Trump didn’t like playing football as a kid. He added that it was because of some boys from a bad neighborhood.
I didn’t like [football]. I played tight … tight end. I could catch the ball good, but I didn’t particularly like having some guy who was lifting weights all day long and came from a bad neighborhood and he sees me … they were tackling hard.

Navratilova then reacted to the post, slamming the 78-year-old for making such a statement.

Also, the people who boarded the boat were heard chanting slogans such as “Hail Trump” and “White Power”. The images of the boat went viral on social media, which led Navratilova to slam Trump for not saying anything.
