Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence trade ugly blows after Cowboys fallout
DeMarcus Lawrence and current Dallas pass rusher Micah Parsons had a big social media argument about Cowboys Super Bowl chances.

DeMarcus Lawrence and Micah Parsons partnered in the middle of the Dallas Cowboys defense for four years. However, a crack seemed to have formed between their friendship after Lawrence left the Cowboys to sign with the Seattle Seahawks.
During his first interview after signing a $42 million contract in Seattle, Lawrence went off against his former team. The 32-year-old still loves Dallas because his family lives there, but his aim is to win a Super Bowl, which the Cowboys are far away from accomplishing.
Change of scenery is always good. Dallas is my home; it’s my family’s home, but I know for sure I wasn’t going to win a Super Bowl there.
DeMarcus Lawrence said in an interview with Hawk Blogger
Parsons came across the interview and shared his opinion on Lawrence’s views about the Cowboys’ chances for a Super Bowl.
This is what rejection and envy look like! This some clown sh**!

Lawrence was the longest-serving player on the Cowboys roster after Zack Martin retired earlier in the year. He played 11 campaigns and was due a new deal, but the Cowboys, who are short on money, decided against paying the 4x Pro Bowler, and he became a free agent. He followed fellow linebacker Chauncey Golston out of the door and signed with the Giants.
Despite Parsons’ backhanded attack on Lawrence, he didn’t go back on his words. Instead, he doubled down on his stance.
Calling me a clown won’t change the fact that I told the truth. Maybe if you spent less time tweeting and more time winning, I wouldn’t have left.

Over the last few years, Parsons has increased his activity on social media. He paired up with Bleacher Report to start his podcast and frequently tweets on various subject matters.
Recently, Hall of Famer running back and Cowboys legend Michael Irvin expressed his anger and disappointment against the Penn State graduate for similar reasons. Parsons tweeted about the 49ers losing a slew of players in free agency.
Through the post, he implied that the 49ers are in such a predicament because they have to pay big money to their quarterback. Irvin didn’t appreciate Parsons sticking his nose where it doesn’t belong.
You [Micah Parsons] couldn’t beat them [49ers] on the football field so don’t come here and start throwing things out now… I’d rather you not say that.

Micah Parsons’ brother chimes in on the DeMarcus Lawrence beef
Micah is usually not alone in his social media crusades. He wasn’t on this occasion either, as his brother Terrence kept the heat going from his end.

Terrence shared Lawrence’s interview on X, drawing ample criticism from football fans.
Lmfaoo and I know for sure you ain’t winning one in Seattle it’s okay to say you went where the bag was lol you wasn’t getting that in Dallas.

One user came in defense of Lawrence and wrote,“That man ain’t said nothing wrong.. Dallas not winning and it’s cool if he went for the bag he was clearly tired of the shit they got going on in Dallas.”

Did Cowboys try to re-sign Lawrence?
Before becoming a Seahawks player with Sam Darnold, Lawrence had several offers on the table, but not from the Cowboys.
I mean everything really happened so fast. The offers came across the table and Dallas offer wasn’t there. I had a decision to make and that’s what happened.

The beef between Parsons and Lawrence seems it will continue for a while. Unfortunately, they will not face each other on the field unless the Cowboys shockingly trade him instead of giving him an extension; they need to settle the score off it.
