Jiri Prochazka recently sat down for a conversation with Michael Bisping on his YouTube channel. There he revealed that he had been considering cutting weight to move to the middleweight division. Bisping warned Prochazka that it was going to be hard. But the Czech fighter believes with proper nutrition, he can make it down in the middleweight division.

Over a year after beating Teixeira, Prochazka faced Teixeira’s pupil Alex Pereira for the vacant light heavyweight title. However, he felt the heat of Poatan’s elbows as Pereira finished the fight in the second round. Now Prochazka wants his title back. He likely challenges Pereira for another title shot before making any move down weight classes.
