“Platinum” Mike Perry and Darren Till had a friendly relationship once upon a time. They were even sparring together at one point. However their friendship turned really sour when Darren, jokingly tweeted that he would “raw dog his girl”. Of course, it didn’t go well with Mike Perry and he replied saying that he would destroy Till if he ever saw him on the streets. Since, then their friendship has deteriorated.

More recently, Mike took to twitter calling out the Scouse, Darren Till. There was so much anger in Mike’s tweet, which might go a long way in the two fighting each other in the octagon.

Earlier today, Mike Perry tweeted saying, “You said it years ago Darren Till and you were right. You and me were meant to fight. I’m going up to middleweight and I’ll be small and fast and you’ll be big and slow. I’m gonna ruin your life. You’ll be spitting out teeth much sooner than expected…”

It is to be noted that, Mike is coming off a victory over Mickey Gall, where he famously fought with only his girlfriend in his corner. The win also saw Mike snap a two match losing streak. He will face Robbie Lawler next.

As for, Darren; he has lost three of his last four fights and appears a bit shaky of late. Darren had already stated via twitter that he will face Khamzat if he is able to see of Jack Hermansson in his next fight.

Now that Mike has intervened, will things take a turn? Will we see a matchup between Mike Perry and Darren Till? Well, as things stand right now, it looks highly possible.
