After everything went, I lost all my money and everything, then I went on drugs, got drinking a lot… I wanted to do something else and I think my ego had a little influence on, ‘I can still do this, let me do this, let me go in the movie‘…. You know but still, it didn‘t feel. All the stuffs like succeeding being on broadway, doing movies is nothing like fighting… That‘s why I went to drugs, try to get that high, almost kill myself…

Mike Tyson retired from professional boxing in 2005. Since then, he has entered the boxing ring only twice, both in exhibition bouts.
