Popular Twitch streamers Mizkif and Maya have announced their breakup earlier via Twiter. Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo and Maya Higa have been dating for around two years, but the couple has decided to call it quits. He will be taking an extended break from Twitch streaming, after having broken up with not only his girlfriend but fellow stream-star Maya Higa. Mizkif and Maya
Mizkif had announced in a TwitLonger post that he and his girlfriend have decided to part ways after two years of dating. Both Maya and Mizkif will be taking a long break from Twitch in order to process the breakup and take care of themselves. The couple dates back to 2019 when Mizkif had posted a comment on one of Maya’s PC build videos on YouTube, shortly after which, they were living together. The duo had accidentally revealed their relationship on the live stream in an unboxing YouTube video posted on Mizkif’s channel in late 2019.
“We both want to be very clear that there was no event, no cheating, no drama that led to this decision. We mutually decided that this is what’s best for both of us in our current lives,” said Mizkif, confirming the sudden separation. Fans and followers on Twitter have since showered the former couple warm empathy and many of them thought it was quite a sudden shock.
Mizkif also said he and Maya will continue to remain friends and support each other. After keeping their relationship hidden for quite a few months, the couple confirmed their relationship, and theron, the streamers set relationship goals with their funny and romantic videos and fans never saw them facing any difficulties in their relationship amidst any of these events. While the news has come as shock to many, the best for the duo is surely in the future.
