As the days for the 2024 Opening Day draws closer, the activity in the market has increased in MLB. However, there are still some big players without a team including Blake Snell. This might not be for too long as he posted a cryptic message on his Instagram account.

The 2023 National League Cy Young Award winner is still in conversations with several teams including the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Angels. While rumors regarding his future continues to circle around, Snell perhaps dropped a hint that it might be going to an end soon.

Taking to his Instagram stories, the 31-year-old posted a single emoji of an eye. That’s right, the former San Diego Padres‘ ace just dropped a one-word message without any context to it.

As per MLB rumors, Snell’s strong presence at the moment is going to the Angels. While what offer have the American League side placed before Snell and his agent Scott Boras is unknown, it is likely close to the one they had been seeking.

His signature could be a big boost to the Angels especially after losing two-way star Shohei Ohtani to free agency. Snell’s addition could give them the ace pitcher they need to push for the playoffs in the upcoming season.
