Houston Astros are currently living the dream after they clinched the MLB 2022 World Series by defeating the Philadelphia Phillies. This is the second occasion in the franchise’s history when they achieved this feat. As usual, the celebrations aren’t amiss for the Astros after their famous victory and they have 50 Cent to thank for it too.
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson had some of his famous and obviously expensive spirits at the party which the Astros were spotted having fun with. Estimated around $400,000, it seems that the Astros certainly know how to party. And why not, they deserve it after a telling season that had its ups and downs.
In a week with many names becoming the talk of the town, Jim ‘Mattress Mack’ certainly is another headline grabber whose $3 million bet in May pocketed him the largest amount ever in legal sports betting – $75 million. Yeah, you heard it right. That’s what you get when you gamble on a 10:1 wager and it pays off.
The Houston Astros surely know their way to celebrations

The Astros reportedly galloped around 250 bottles of 50 Cent’s precious Le Chemin du Roi Brut champagne. You’ll be surprised to know the approximate value of all the liquor the Houston Astros went through in a flash. Lance McCullers Jr. had quite the fun with the champagne as he literally made his teammates bathe in it, and why not, the Astros have definitely earned it.
The Houston Astros lifted the title over the Phillies by a 4-1 win, and outfielder Yordan Alvarez gave quite the contribution with his sixth-inning home run hit. Houston won three games in a row of the Fall Classic to secure their famed victory. The Phillies definitely must be kicking themselves in their gut as they let go of after winning two games out of the initial three.
The Astros capped off their celebration after their victory parade through downtown Houston. The parade was indeed a success with a huge volume of fans erupting through the streets to cheer their favorite superstars.
