The biggest issue in the separation was money, since Jim Edmonds wanted to abide by what was agreed upon in the couple’s prenup. Meghan, on the other hand, has gone on record claiming that the previously accepted sums were hardly sufficient to keep her family afloat.
In a podcast episode, the ex-wife Meghan revealed that Jim Edmonds had already moved on and was seeing Kortnie O’Connor. AKA: the very woman that had enjoyed a threesome with the couple in the past.
Meghan Kings once revealed that according to her Jim Edmonds and Kortnie O’Connor hooked up more than once before they filed for divorce. Here is what she shared on her podcast, “Intimate Knowledge.”

Meghan King elected to shine some light on what happened when the news of the scandal broke out in 2020, she stated that Kortnie O’Connor was invited to the love circle between Jim Edmonds and herself to spice up their marriage as a threesome partner.
“Years ago, when he and I got married, I knew Jim Edmonds had this bad boy kind of past, and we were newlyweds and we were trying to have fun, and he wanted to have a threesome,” Meghan King stated. “I thought about it and I thought, ‘Okay, maybe, yeah, sure.’ “
“So, we decided to have a threesome with a friend of mine,” Meghan added. “I felt very comfortable with her, it just felt like ‘Okay if I’m going do this, this can be with who and I’m comfortable with that.’”
“I find out that when he goes to Cabo for a birthday party, to my understanding, he takes this girl with him,” she said. “The threesome girl. I had it confirmed that when she went shopping with his credit card at a very expensive store telling all the people that her boyfriend was taking her to Cabo tomorrow and here is his credit card for all these expensive stores,” she explained.
