Joe Biden teases First Lady Jill Biden calling Phillies fans “LOUD” and “NASTY” in 2022 WS

President Joe Biden took his own personal playful swing at his wife First Lady Jill Biden by calling her favorite team’s fan base “loud” and “obnoxious”. Baseball is the favorite American pastime with thousands of fans scattered all around the globe. One such hardcore fan would be Jill Biden.

This time, The President caught hold of the chance to tease Jill Biden, stating, “Phillies fans are the loudest, nastiest fans in the world“. The First Lady was present for the World Series Game as she took her seat near the Philadelphia Phillies. She is an active supporter of the Philadelphia teams and has often stood by their side.

With the Astros winning Game 6, they got crowned as the 2022 World Series winner. Phillies making it into the top level is a feat accomplished by itself. While President Biden grew up in Pennsylvania, his wife is through and through a Philadelphia girl. He often takes his point to tease her, and one such incident occurred during the WS, as Joe Biden earlier spoke of.

Joe Biden enjoys his teasing moments at the 2022 WS

In September when Joe Biden welcomed the MLB Champions Atlanta Braves, he stated, “Like every Philadelphia fan, she’s convinced that she knows more about everything in sports than anyone else”. During the recent campaign, he also joked about how he would be sleeping in his chambers if he didn’t have to get up to cheer for the team.

The Astros won the WS at Minute Maid Park on Saturday against the Philadelphia Phillies in a 4-1 score record. The WS has been quite a rollercoaster ride for both the teams, as not only them but also their fans were quite heated up in supporting their respective teams. From street brawls to bathroom fights, the Phillies fans have seen it all.
