Kanye West has a happening life, to say the least. Always in the news whether it’s because of the Kardashians or his announcement of running for President, Kanye finds a way to steal the limelight. In 2018, Kanye along with his son Saint West was at the Chicago White Sox Game to throw the ceremonial first pitch. He has always claimed to a hardcore White Sox fan.
People might think that Kanye’s time has passed given his recent albums not hitting the hearts of fans as they used to a decade ago. His “Homecoming” track from one and a half decades ago was buzzing at the Guaranteed Rate Field giving Kanye a pump before his throw across the diamond. Although Kanye did struggle as the baseball didn’t make it to the catcher at home plate.
The game was between radical rivals Chicago White Sox and Chicago Cubs, and of course, the Dark Fantasy singer loves a controversial stage. He also made it certain to grab the fans’ attention towards his unreleased Yeezy‘s, The multihyphenate artist, with his mini-me in tow.
Legally known as “Ye” after successfully managing to change his name, the multiple Grammy winner is certainly having a tough time with regard to his personal and professional life. Kanye had a rather unfateful moment as he was escorted out of Skechers HQ in California.
Kanye West and Adidas meet a bittersweet end
According to sources, Ye West (just get used to it) made it to the Skechers headquarters without any prior communication with the athletic shoemaker. After some altercation with the Skechers personnel, Ye was escorted out of the building along with his entourage. Kanye has been under some serious spotlight albeit in a negative way owing to his antisemitic comments.
Skechers denied any partnership or willingness to work with the Grammy winner. “Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West. We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hate speech.” Kanye’s Instagram handle was also suspended because of the same and only started posting On Tuesday.
Kanye West was involved in a rather stupid Twitter rant given his stature. West has been continuously making antisemitic comments via his social media or interviews. He faced a brunt of heat when he tweeted about going “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE”. This led to his accounts being suspended with the superstar crawling out of his bed the next day to apologize publicly.
However, the damage had been done as the German shoemaker giant had already decided to terminate its alliance with Kanye. And not only Adidas, but several other franchises like Gap, and Vogue magazine among others also ended their partnership with the superstar. Kanye is definitely taking the hit, both in terms of money as well as reputation. Looks like, Kanye is in some serious need of a life coach at the moment.
