Lenny Dykstra, the three-time All-Star, expressed his frustration against NFL and the League’s boardroom through his Twitter posts. He questions NFL on suspending a game based on an injury that occurred during play. In his tweet, he says, “Own it, NFL, you motherf*****s. #DamarHamlin”.

He also went on to challenge the vaccine policy of the nation in his tweets. He says that if the injury was not related to the vaccine, then NFL should potentially be canceled, citing the dangers involved in the play.

He has been retweeting several tweets which question the NFL’s vaccine policy. In a series of tweets, Dykstra also took digs at everyone pouring their heartfelt prayers and wishes to Damar Hamlin. Here are a few excerpts from the same.

Following Dykstra’s rant on vaccination and injuries in sports, several fans started taking digs at the former Mets man. Damar Hamlin’s fans informed him about the condition called commotio cordis, which has an almost one in a billion chance of happening. This was likely one of the reasons why Hamlin had to face cardiac arrest following the fatal hit.

It’s not just Lenny Dykstra who thinks of such conspiracy theories operating in sports. Other fans have also contributed to this belief and added their remarks on social media. One of the fans blamed the pharmaceutical companies and NFL management for pushing to be vaccinated during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While one side of Twitter keeps debating on the cause of Ham lin’s sudden health condition, the Bills fans and the entire NFL community have joined hands together to pray for the speedy recovery of Damar Hamlin.
